The Chipping Standard for Mill Feed
Paper cooking, panel mat forming and chip export all demand the same thing from the chipper: uniform length, clean cut, consistent thickness. The drum wood chipper produces that standard. Knife roller cutting with a bed-knife action handles not just logs but the awkward material-branch wood, waste veneer, bamboo, cotton and reed stalks-that a disc chipper struggles with. The output is chip-grade material the downstream process can rely on.

The double feed rollers are the feeding answer: upper and lower rollers clamp the material and carry it into the cutting chamber-branch wood stops bouncing, waste stops slipping, feeding stays smooth and productive. The screens are the size answer: interchangeable apertures hold oversized chips in the chamber for second and third cutting passes until they pass through-chip size and thickness are controlled to the customer's requirement. The knife airflow is the discharge answer: finished chips are blown out of the chamber fast, no pile-up, straight to the downstream line.
The Hydraulic Buffer
Chipping is impact work. The hydraulic buffer system absorbs the cutting shock-the machine runs steadier and the knives and their holders last longer between services. Maintenance is simplified: buffer check, blade change, done. The high-strength steel body carries the loads and keeps noise down through a full shift.
