Drum Crushing: Three Forces in One Pass
The drum carries the crushing knives. As it spins, the knives hit the wood with three actions at once: impact-the high-speed tool smashes large pieces apart; shear-the knife edges cut through the fibers like scissors; friction-wood rubs against tools and chamber walls and grinds down. This combination is what makes the machine "comprehensive": logs, branches, palm, scrap wood and boards all break down in the same chamber. A disc chipper cuts clean chips from logs; this drum machine takes whatever biomass the site feeds it.
The screen finishes the job. Material stays in the chamber until it passes the mesh-LL-800 delivers chips to 20 millimeters for biomass fuel, LL-1600 delivers to 50 millimeters for paper feedstock and composting. One machine, one screen change, different product specs.

Feed capacity scales from branches and small-diameter timber at Φ200 up to large logs and formwork at Φ500. Knife count runs 12 to 24, drum speed 800 down to 650 rpm, total power 55 to 185 kilowatts-each model is a complete power match, not a stretched frame.
Every model is wheeled and towable. The diesel version works where the material is: forest residues, roadside trimmings, demolition sites-the machine drives to the pile instead of the pile coming to the machine. The electric version (380 V) mounts permanently for continuous plant production.
The 3-Year Warranty
Warranty length is the manufacturer's own confidence signal. The whole machine is covered for 3 years; core components are replaced free in year one; technical support continues for life.
