Grain Processing
Industrial Grain Processing Systems | Cleaning, Grading & Milling Equipment
Modular industrial grain processing systems engineered for high-capacity cleaning, destoning, grading, and size reduction of cereal grains, oilseeds, and pulses. Built with food-grade SUS304 stainless steel contact surfaces and laser-cut structural steel frames, these systems handle throughput volumes from 5 TPH to 50 TPH. Designed for continuous operation in commercial grain elevators, flour mills, and agricultural processing facilities.

Key Features
Multi-Stage Air Aspiration
Closed-circuit air separation channels remove light chaff, dust, and shrunken kernels prior to mechanical screening.
Counter-Flow Gravity Separation
Dual-deck eccentric motion deck separates stones, heavy impurities, and half-grains based on specific gravity stratification.
Quick-Change Screen Cassettes
Perforated steel screen panels secured with quick-release cam locks enable complete size changeovers in under 20 minutes.
Dynamic Balancing
Counter-weighted drive shafts dynamically balanced on ISO 1940 G2.5 test stands to eliminate structural vibration fatigue.
How It Works
Processing flows sequentially through mechanical separation zones. Raw grain enters via a regulated feed hopper, passing through an initial scalping screen to remove oversized debris. Air aspiration extracts dust and light chaff. The material then flows onto vibrating sieve decks where graded screen mesh separates under-sized and over-sized particles. For high-purity applications, gravity tables utilize fluidized bed mechanics and variable-frequency air flow to stratify clean grain from heavy stone contaminants of identical size.

Raw Materials & Applications
Cereal Grains
Wheat, corn (maize), paddy rice, barley, sorghum, and oats.
Oilseeds & Pulses
Soybeans, canola (rapeseed), sunflower seeds, lentils, and dry beans.
Industrial Feedstocks
Malted barley for breweries and specialty grains for food processing plants.
Machine Configuration / Main Components
Feeding Mechanism: Uniform fluted feed roller paired with a dead-box regulator to ensure an even curtain of grain across the screen width.
Sieve Deck Assembly: Laser-cut galvanized or stainless steel screen frames mounted on high-fatigue rubber suspension blocks.
Destoning Module: Tilt-adjustable screening deck coupled with a high-pressure centrifugal fan generating controlled fluidization air.
Air Cyclone & Fan: High-efficiency centrifugal exhaust fan and cyclone separator for continuous dust collection and hull extraction.
Control Panel: IP55-rated enclosure housing PLC-controlled inverter drives, motor protection relays, and air pressure differential sensors.
