Product Features
A. The material of the cutting knife is made of high-strength special steel. The blade and the knife body are treated separately. The blade has high hardness, is sharp and wear-resistant, and the knife body has strong toughness and is very convenient to replace.
B. For convenience, we have adopted a portable drag-and-drop design, equipped with solid rubber tires, making it easy to carry the tree chipper anywhere.
C. The machine frame is made of thickened Angle steel to withstand the impact force generated by the wood cutter during operation.
Main uses
The wood segments cut by this tree branch cutting machine are mainly used in the following three aspects:
A. Edible fungus cultivation.
Logs used for making wood-rotting fungi such as black fungus, shiitake mushrooms and Ganoderma lucidum. Trees (usually oak, basswood, etc.) are cut into fixed-length wood sections using a wood cutting machine for inoculation. This is the most traditional "segmenting" application.
B. High-quality pretreatment of biomass pellet/block fuel.
Using a wood chipper to cut miscellaneous wood, shrubs, etc. into regular short sticks facilitates subsequent crushing, drying and pelletizing, which can improve the efficiency and quality of the production line.
C. Process materials or special filling materials.
Using a branch shredder to cut branches into small wooden sections of specific lengths, they can be used as fillers for certain handicrafts, decorations or industrial packaging.
D. Pretreatment of wood before transportation.
Using a cutting machine to cut the remaining materials in the forest area (tree branches and twigs) into short sections can significantly increase the loading density and reduce transportation costs.
