Lvlon is a machinery manufacturer in Henan, China, building the integrated wood chipper and crusher for wood pellet plants, briquette plants, paper mills, panel factories and wood powder producers across Asia, Africa and Latin America. As the factory, we supply wholesalers, bulk buyers, distributors and agents directly-no middle layer. In-house fabrication of every stage. One supplier, one warranty. OEM/ODM on screen and configuration, with your brand or specification. Spare parts stocked and air-freighted in 5–15 days.
Two Machines, One Body
The traditional route to sawdust from logs is two machines: a chipper first, a crusher second. The integrated machine puts both processes in one body: blades slice hard material into chips, hammers crush the chips to powder. One machine handles the whole feed pile-logs and straw, bamboo and grass-instead of two machines and double the investment, floor space and operators.
Two Inlets, Two Routes
The design logic is separation. The small inlet serves large hard material-logs, trunks, bamboo, timber-which needs chipping before crushing: blades first, hammers second. The large inlet serves soft biomass-corn stalk, rice husk, grass, wheat straw, branches-which mills directly: hammers only. Single-inlet machines force both material families through one route; the dual-inlet design gives each its efficient path. A mixed feed pile processes without sorting and without changeover.
Airflow Classification, Screen Control
The rotor's rotation generates high-speed airflow inside the chamber. The material is carried in repeated collisions and thrown against the screen: particles at the target size (3–5 millimeters) pass through the mesh; oversize material stays in the chamber and cycles under the hammers until it qualifies. The airflow is the conveyor, the screen is the gate-uniform output, no separate screening step.

FAQ
Q: Integrated machine or the double-inlet wood crusher (LLS)?
Same principle and same parameters-this page uses the HJS series naming. Both use dual inlets: hard material through the small inlet (chip then crush), soft biomass through the large inlet (crush direct), output 3–5 mm. HJS500–1000 (18.5–55 kW, 0.5–4 t/h) matches LLS500–1000. Same machine performance, different series label.
Q: What is the output size?
3–5 millimeters. Airflow classification: material reaching size passes through the screen automatically; undersize material cycles under the hammers until it qualifies. Interchangeable screens adjust the output for downstream requirements-pellet plants take the standard 3–5 mm sawdust, paper and board mills take the fine fraction.
Q: Is feeding safe?
Yes. The self-drawing safety inlet draws material in automatically-reduced bounce-back, operators kept away from the blade zone. No hand pushing, no reaching into the cutting area.
Q: What materials can it process?
Hard material through the small inlet: logs, trunks, wood timber, bamboo. Soft biomass through the large inlet: corn stalk, rice husk, grass, wheat straw, branches. Remove metal before feeding-nails and wire damage blades and hammers. Oversized logs must be split first.
