Lvlon is a machinery manufacturer in Henan, China, building the 4-5TPH palm biomass pellet plant for large palm oil groups, plantation waste collection centers and biomass power projects across Southeast Asia, Africa and Latin America. As the factory, we supply wholesalers, bulk buyers, distributors and agents directly-no middle layer. In-house fabrication of every stage. One supplier, one warranty. OEM/ODM on die size and configuration, with your brand or specification. Spare parts stocked and air-freighted in 5–15 days.
All Five Palm Waste Streams, One Line
Palm production leaves five waste streams: EFB fiber, PKS shell, OPF fronds, OPT trunks and OPMF press fiber. Different materials, different physical behavior-but one line handles them all. The BX216 chipper takes the large material-trunks, bunches, fronds-through a 230×500-millimeter feed opening and cuts it to 30-millimeter chips. The ZW120B hammer mill with 156 hammers at 87 m/s grinds the fiber. Three MZLH508 mills pelletize everything.
That full-coverage capability is the economics of palm-region investment: one plant, one line, all five waste streams converted. No separate plants for shell and fiber.
Three Mills, 4.5 t/h, Industrial Redundancy
| Stage | Equipment | Key spec | Power | Rating |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Chipping | BX216 drum chipper | feed 230×500mm, ~30mm chips | 55+3~4+3+1.5 kW | 7–8 t/h |
| Grinding | ZW120B water-drop hammer mill | 156 hammers, 87 m/s | 132/160 kW | 4.5–5.5 t/h |
| Pelletizing | MZLH508 ring die mill ×3 | stainless die Ø508mm + magnet | 90×3 kW | 1.5 t/h each |
| Cooling | SKLN4 octagonal counterflow cooler | 4 m³ | 1.5+0.55 kW | 3–5 t/h, 6–10 min |
| Packing | WDCS-50 packer | auto weighing | 2.2 kW | 3–4 bags/min, 5–50 kg |
Three MZLH508 mills in parallel give 4.5 t/h with real redundancy: one mill down for service, two keep producing at 3 t/h. Each mill carries a permanent magnet in the feed path-palm waste, like every field material, carries metal, and the magnet protects the die and rollers. The mills run NSK bearings and NAK seals-the components behind smooth transmission, low vibration and long service intervals. The chipper carries a hydraulic buffer system for impact absorption; the line runs an independent oil lubrication system that cuts wear and maintenance effort.
The SKLN4 Octagonal Cooler
The cooler is where pellet quality is decided. The SKLN4 uses an octagonal design with counterflow cooling: air moves up through the pellet bed while pellets fall, cooling evenly without the surface cracking that direct cold-air contact causes. The octagonal geometry also prevents cross-contamination of the material flow. At 4 cubic meters, it handles 3–5 tonnes per hour-ahead of the 4.5 t/h pelleting capacity, so cooling never throttles the line.
FAQ
Q: 4-5TPH palm line or 1.5TPH palm line?
Capacity and configuration. The 1.5TPH line: BX215 chipper (3–4 t/h), ZW60B mill (112 hammers), GX1500 dryer, single MZLH508-mid-size. This line: BX216 chipper (7–8 t/h), ZW120B mill (156 hammers, 1,200mm chamber), three MZLH508 mills in parallel (4.5 t/h), SKLN4 cooler-industrial scale. Three times the capacity with redundancy and premium components.
Q: Can it process all five palm waste types?
Yes-EFB, PKS, OPF, OPT and OPMF on one line. Process them by type in batches for best stability: PKS is hard shell, EFB is long fiber, and mixed batches vary the die load. The BX216 feed opening (230×500 mm) takes large trunks directly.
Q: Why three pellet mills?
Parallel redundancy at industrial scale. 1.5 t/h per mill, 4.5 t/h combined. One mill down for die service, two keep producing at 3 t/h. Permanent magnets, NSK bearings and NAK seals keep the three-mill array running through its production year.
