Sawdust in One Pass
The machine combines two reduction stages in one body. A high-speed rotating disc carries the cutting knives that break large feed-branches, offcuts, small logs-down to manageable pieces. Hammer elements then pulverize those pieces against the screen until they pass through the mesh. The feed goes in once and comes out as sawdust: no separate chipper, no second mill, no intermediate handling.
The screen sets the product. Coarse mesh delivers the open, airy wood dust that mushroom substrate needs-aeration and moisture retention in the grow bag depend on particle size. Fine mesh delivers the smooth fraction used for face layers in particleboard and high-density fiberboard. One machine, one screen change, different product specs for different customers.

Knife count scales with the machine-4 knives on the small models, 12 on the 1500. The small units fit a mushroom farm's starter budget: the 450 runs on a 5.5–7.5 kilowatt motor and still produces 0.4 tonnes per hour. The 1500 handles industrial board and pellet plant duty.
Both drives are offered on every model. Electric for fixed installations with grid power. Diesel for forests, fields and recycling sites where the machine goes to the material instead of the material coming to the machine.
Simple by Design
The machine has no complex mechanisms. Feed in, sawdust out, screen change for spec change. The knives are the main wear item and they are simple to sharpen and replace-maintenance that a local crew handles without factory intervention, which matters when your customer is a mushroom farm in a remote area and the nearest service engineer is a flight away. Moisture control of the feed is the operator's main quality lever: dry material crushes evenly, wet material clogs the screen and drops throughput.

Q: Commercial sawdust crusher or wood chipper?
Chipper produces wood chips-blocky pieces that still need grinding for substrate or board furnish. The commercial sawdust crusher produces sawdust in one pass-substrate and panel material ready to use. Chips for pulp and fuel, sawdust for mushroom substrate and board face layers.
Q: No electricity at the site?
Choose the diesel version-12 to 150 hp by model-and the machine runs in forests, fields and remote yards. Electric and diesel options on every model.
Q: Can it crush bamboo?
Yes. Bamboo and bamboo bark are standard feedstocks in agricultural waste recycling. Bamboo fiber is tough-split it to feed-opening size before loading.
