Livestock Feed Production Line

Our livestock feed pellet production line has been tested for full-line production capacity matching, ensuring that the production capacity is perfectly matched and coordinated at every step in the production process. Each step can be customized with different power sources for electric motors, diesel engines or gasoline engines, and the whole line can be carried out with different tonnage of output according to the production capacity needs of the customer. Depending on the breed of livestock, it is also possible to replace molds for different sizes of pellet production.

Our production line of feed pellet machines has different equipment configurations and different equipment tuning depending on the type of livestock and the raw materials.

First of all, we have a brief introduction from the types of livestock. Pig and cattle feed have different requirements for conditioning and ripening, and pig feed usually needs ≥ 40% starchification. While cattle and sheep are ruminant animals, they do not need to be over-cooked and need to retain the fiber structure, which means that the adjuster of the same feed pellet machine, if used for a pig feed line, will take longer to adjust than the cattle and goat feed line.

 

The feed shredding fineness of pigs and cattle and sheep is also different. In the selection of feed shredding machines, the filter aperture required for pig feed shredding is generally 0.8-2.5 mm, while the filter radius required for cattle and cattle feed shredding needs to be controlled at 3-6 mm or greater.

The entire feed pellet production line is divided into raw material pulverization, The five stages are raw material mixing, particle manufacturing, particle cooling, and particle automatically packing. The feed pellet machine production line is customized, and the preliminary design is generally from three aspects. One is time production, one is raw materials,and the other is feed pellets that you want to make for what livestock to eat. In the case of a general feed pellet line, our general cycle from assembly to shipment is 15-20 days.If a separate design is required, the cycle needs to be estimated separately depending on the complexity of your needs.
