A. Core crushing component

Moving gear disk: Installed on the high-speed rotating main shaft, the disk is equipped with multiple precisely arranged flat square moving gear claws.

Fixed gear disc: Fixed on the cover of the crushing chamber of the corn grinder, with 1-2 turns of fixed tooth claws arranged alternately with the moving teeth on the inner side. The gap between the two is extremely small and can be adjusted.

Working process: After the material enters the crushing chamber of the corn mill grinder, it is first subjected to high-speed impact by the moving teeth claws, and then thrown towards the fixed teeth claws. In the narrow space formed by the interweaving of the moving and fixed teeth, it is subjected to intense shearing, collision and friction, and is repeatedly crushed until the particle size is smaller than the aperture of the sieve plate. 

B. Self-priming feeding system

The corn crusher does not require a separate centrifugal fan. After starting up, it will generate a strong suction force at the feeding port.

C. Screening and discharging

The fine powder after crushing is blown out through the bottom annular sieve plate under the action of air flow and enters the collection device.
