Wood Fuel Pellet Making Machine
The wood fuel pellet making machine works by two rollers rapidly rolling on a die plate. Through friction and extrusion, high temperature and high pressure are generated to soften the lignin and produce natural adhesives. Then, the raw materials are extruded through the die holes into high-density cylinders and cut by the cutter to produce pellets. The molds can be interchanged with different hole diameters to produce particles of the required diameter, and the cutting knives can be adjusted to the length of the particle size.

Core system of flat die wood pellet machine
The core system of the wood fuel pellet making machine we produce is as follows:
Flat template: The flat template is horizontally fixed inside the pressing chamber and remains stationary. The flat template is a heavy alloy steel disc with a hole in the middle. The main shaft passes through the center. There are irregular die holes on the plate. The diameter of the die holes determines the diameter of the particles, and the effective length determines the hardness of the particles.

Roller assembly: Rollers are usually 2 to 3 in number, with grooves or tooth patterns on their surfaces. It can be freely rotated when placed on the central axis. The roller frame is rigidly connected to the main shaft. When the main shaft rotates, it drives the entire roller to rotate, causing the roller to roll on the surface of the flat die.
Gap adjustment device: Usually, the gap between the pressure roller and the flat formwork is controlled by adjusting the up and down position of the flat formwork.

Features of the flat die pellet machine
A. Mold shape and movement: A horizontally stationary disc, with the pressure roller rolling at high speed above it.
B. Extrusion direction: Vertical downward extrusion.
C. Power transmission: The main drive roller assembly rotates around the center, while the mold remains stationary.
D. Applicable scenarios: Medium and small production volume, farms/workshops, multi-variety and small-batch production, experimental research. It has a wide adaptability to raw materials, especially suitable for coarse fibers and low-adhesive materials.
E. Structure: The structure is relatively simple, easy to maintain and change materials. The manufacturing cost of molds is relatively low.
F. Wear and Power Consumption: Under vertical force, the main shaft bearings bear the main pressure. The main shaft, rollers, and molds are prone to wear.
