How Crushing works
A. The feeding system of the mill grain grinder adopts the descent of the material by its own weight.
B. The main shaft drives the hammer frame plate to rotate at high speed. The hammer pieces hinged on the hammer frame plate, driven by the main shaft, generate a strong impact force to strike the material. The arrangement and material of the hammer pieces directly affect the crushing efficiency and fineness.
C. Inside the crushing chamber of the small grain grinder, there are smooth wear-resistant plates, which, together with the hammer pieces, collide, rub and shear the materials.
D. Outside the main shaft rotor, there is a ring-shaped screen with a diameter ranging from 0.6mm to 3mm. The material is crushed to a size smaller than the screen's diameter and is discharged from the screen under the action of airflow.
E. The material passing through the screen of the small grinding mill falls by its own gravity.
