95 accepts 220 V single-phase or 380 V three-phase. 120 and 150 require 380 V three-phase with a dedicated breaker.
95 dimensions: 1,910 × 610 × 765 mm (floor). Crated: 2,050 × 540 × 760 mm.

Model Selection
Single-phase only → Model 95. 220 V, 150–200 kg/h.
Three-phase and higher throughput → 120 (250–350 kg/h, 11 kW) or 150 (350–450 kg/h, 15 kW). Verify downstream equipment capacity before ordering the larger model.
Freight weight: 95 ships ~600 kg gross; 150 ships ~1,000 kg. Limited port lifting equipment favors the 95.
Large model at half capacity wears faster than a small model at full shift. Inconsistent feedstock or multi-seed small batches → 95.
Components and Materials
Worm and cage bars. Worm shaft turned from alloy steel. Flight surfaces and cage bore carbon heat-treated for hardness. Split cage on bolts-opens for cleaning without lifting the assembly.
Drive train. Squirrel-cage induction motor, flange-mounted to oil-bath reduction gearbox. Pin-type coupling. Remove pins to pull the worm. Gearbox sight glass for oil level.
Feed hopper. Welded steel, bolted above the throat. Gravity feed standard. Optional screw feeder for light seeds (basil, flax) that bridge in a gravity hopper.
Oil path. Gravity-fed through cage bar slots into a sloped pan, then a screened discharge spout. No pump.
Choke. Adjustable cone at discharge. Tighten for back-pressure and compression. Loosen for high-fiber throughput. Operator dials in per seed type-no universal setting.
Material Preparation and Startup
Remove stones, dirt, metal before hopper. Light crushing or flaking soybeans improves extraction.
Working moisture: 6–8% for most oilseeds. Wet seed kills friction-yield drops. Dry seed overheats the barrel-scorching odor. Test a small batch.
Hot press: 5–10 minutes no-load warmup before feeding.
WARNING: A cold barrel with a full hopper stalls the worm. Feed gradually. Watch cake discharge.
Semi-automatic. Feed rate and choke are manual. No PLC, no automatic temperature control, no auto-shutdown.
Confirm supply voltage against the motor nameplate. Control panel: overload protection, emergency stop. Ground the frame. Do not operate ungrounded.

Operating Constraints
Duty cycle. Single-shift: 8–12 hours per day with cooldown. Continuous operation accelerates worm and bearing wear.
Unsuitable feedstocks. ATTENTION: Do not run copra (dried coconut) or palm kernels. Requires different screw geometry and heavier frame.
Extraction efficiency. Single pass: 85–93% of available oil. Second pass or solvent extraction needed for near-total recovery.
Throughput varies. Rated 150–200 kg/h based on soybeans at 6–8% moisture, hot press. Sunflower runs faster. Castor runs slower with more wear. Basil and flax at the low end-screw feeder recommended.
Skill requirement. Operator controls choke and feed rate manually. No PLC. One day basic training; proficiency in weeks.
Maintenance
End of shift. Purge with dry cake or bran. Scrape cage bar slots. Wipe down.
Weekly. Gearbox oil. Inspect worm flights. Grease fittings.
Monthly. Open cage. Measure worm-to-cage clearance at three points. If over tolerance, recondition or replace. Tighten all bolts.
Wear parts. Worm, cage liners, choke cone. Stocked for all three models. Abrasive seeds (castor) accelerate worm wear. Order a spare worm and liner set with the machine.

Applications
Small to mid-size oil mills: 1–5 tonnes crude oil per day. Farm-level: 95 runs on 220 V single-phase. Cake goes to animal feed. Cold-press for specialty oils-sesame, almond, flaxseed, basil. Cleaning bran run between materials. Startup mills: single-phase power, wide feedstock range, single operator.
Manufacturing and QC
Henan Lulong Industrial, Henan Province. In-house machining, welding, assembly, testing.
Every machine test-run on soybeans before crating: gearbox noise, amperage draw, bearing temperature, barrel alignment, oil yield. Records filed by serial number.
Machines ship assembled except the hopper. Printed English installation and operation manual included.
