Lvlon is a machinery manufacturer in Henan, China, building the ring die biomass pellet mill for wood processors, straw and husk plants and waste utilization stations across Asia, Africa and Latin America. As the factory, we supply wholesalers, bulk buyers, distributors and agents directly-no middle layer. In-house fabrication of every stage. One supplier, one warranty. OEM/ODM on die size and configuration, with your brand or specification. Spare parts stocked and air-freighted in 5–15 days.
The Machine Inside Every Pellet Line
Every pellet production line in our range-sawdust, straw, coconut, palm, olive-is built around a ring die pellet mill. The MKLH series is that machine sold on its own. Six models, one design philosophy: gear drive, VFD feed, cooled chamber, hardened die.
| Model | Capacity | Main motor | Die inner dia. | Pellet size | Noise |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| MKLH350 | 0.6 t/h | 55 kW | 350 mm | 6/8/10/12 mm | ≤86 dB(A) |
| MKLH420 | 1 t/h | 90 kW | 420 mm | 6/8/10/12 mm | ≤86 dB(A) |
| MKLH508 | 1.5 t/h | 110 kW | 508 mm | 6/8/10/12 mm | ≤86 dB(A) |
| MKLH558 | 1.8–2 t/h | 132 kW | 558 mm | 6/8/10/12 mm | ≤90 dB(A) |
| MKLH678 | 3 t/h | 220 kW | 678 mm | 6/8/10/12 mm | ≤90 dB(A) |
| MKLH768 | 4 t/h | 315 kW | 768 mm | 6/8/10/12 mm | ≤90 dB(A) |
All models run at 150 rpm with two press rollers; die working temperature is held at or below 85°C.
Built for Biomass, Not Just Wood
The machine's design targets the two biomass families. Wood waste-sawdust, shavings-is the easy side. Agricultural waste-rice husk, wheat and rice straw, sunflower husk-is the hard side: high silica and sand content that wears ordinary dies quickly. The MKLH dies, rollers and clamp rings are specified for this abrasion, and the ventilation cooling system keeps the pelleting chamber within its working temperature on long runs. The VFD feeder is the material-adaptation layer: husk flows differently from sawdust, and the feeder matches the feed rate to the material instead of forcing one rate on everything.
Upgrade or Entry
Two buying patterns drive the MKLH. First, the upgrade: a plant already owns crushers, dryers and cooling-but its pellet mill is old or unreliable. The MKLH installs into the existing system and replaces the weak link. Second, the entry: a new operation buys one mill, proves the product and the market, then scales to a full line. Both patterns start with the same machine-the one that makes the pellet.
FAQ
Q: Ring die or flat die pellet mill?
Ring die (this machine): gear drive, 0.6–4 t/h, dense high-quality pellets, commercial production. Flat die: simpler, lower investment, small output, die wears faster-for home and small self-use. Capacity and pellet quality: ring die.
Q: Is a single mill enough?
The mill is one stage. Feed must be pre-crushed (under 5 mm) and dried (12–18% moisture); pellets must be cooled after forming. Plants with existing preparation and cooling equipment can install the MKLH directly. New operations should consider the full line-crusher, dryer, mill, cooler.
Q: Which of the six models?
By capacity need: MKLH350 (0.6 t/h) for trial and self-use; MKLH420 (1 t/h) and MKLH508 (1.5 t/h) mid-size standard; MKLH558 (2 t/h), MKLH678 (3 t/h), MKLH768 (4 t/h) industrial. Contact us for selection against your feedstock.
