KIMMY Food Products is a Philippine enterprise. It recently visited Henan Lvlon Industrial Co., Ltd. for an on-site factory inspection. This laid the groundwork for their future strategic cooperation.
On July 28, 2025, Mr. Yu led a three-person delegation from KIMMY Food Products. KIMMY Food Products is one of the key agricultural machinery distributors in the Philippines. The team stayed for three days, doing in-depth factory inspections and technical exchanges. After thorough talks, both sides officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement. The annual purchase volume reaches 1 million US dollars.

During the visit, the delegation toured several places. They went to the manufacturing workshop, quality inspection center, R&D laboratory and product exhibition hall. In the production workshop, they checked the whole production process of grain husking machines. This included steel plate cutting, welding, assembly and final debugging. They spoke highly of the company's advanced automated equipment and strict process control.
Later, they held a technical exchange meeting. Both sides talked deeply about product improvement plans. These plans are tailored to local market needs. In Southeast Asia, slender-grain rice is the main raw material for rice processing. The company's technical team proposed a customized design for grain husking machines. They adjusted the rolling gap and core parameters. This lets the equipment handle high-fiber raw materials better. The team also showed an anti-rust coating technology. It's specially made for tropical climates. It solves the equipment corrosion problem from high temperature and humidity there.
Quality Director Zhang Wei explained the company's quality control system to the delegation in detail. He said, "We have strict inspection standards for every link. It starts from raw material warehousing to finished product delivery. All core components are fully inspected-100% coverage. Each grain husking machine must pass a 48-hour continuous operation test before leaving the factory. This ensures stable performance at the customer's site."
After comprehensively investigating and evaluating the company's strength, KIMMY Food Products signed a three-year strategic cooperation agreement with Henan Lvlon. The first batch of orders has 147 grain husking machines, 50 hay cutters and 20 biomass pellet machines. At the signing ceremony, Mr. Yu said, "This factory inspection helped us fully understand Henan Lvlon's production capacity and technical strength. We believe these devices will greatly boost agricultural mechanization in Southeast Asia."
