Lvlon is a machinery manufacturer in Henan, China, with three production bases, building the tracked mobile jaw crusher for quarries, open-pit mines, road and rail infrastructure, construction waste recycling and metallurgical mines across Asia, Africa and Latin America. As the factory, we supply wholesalers, bulk buyers, distributors and agents directly-no middle layer. In-house fabrication, chassis assembly and crusher manufacturing. OEM/ODM on configuration, with your brand or specification. Spare parts stocked and air-freighted in 5–15 days. Stock delivery in 7–10 days; batch production 15–30 days. T/T 30% deposit, 70% before shipment.
A Crushing Plant That Drives Itself to the Work
A fixed crushing station takes months: foundation, installation, commissioning, and the investment is sunk into one location. The tracked mobile jaw crusher compresses the entire primary line-feeder, crusher, conveyor, magnet, dust system-onto one self-propelled chassis. It arrives, sets up in hours, and produces aggregate the same day. When the project ends or the mine face moves, it drives away and sets up somewhere else. For contractors, that is an asset that follows the project instead of a structure left behind.
The track undercarriage is the difference between "mobile" and "actually mobile." Full-hydraulic drive, high ground contact area, low ground pressure: the plant climbs wet, muddy, sloping mine terrain where wheeled units sink and stall. Walking speed 0.6–1 km/h for site moves; long-distance transport by lowbed trailer with the hopper folded and conveyor retracted.

The crushers are C-series heavy-duty jaws-C93 through C120-rated for rock up to 320 MPa compressive strength: granite, basalt, river pebbles, iron ore, limestone. Feed openings run 930×580 to 1200×870 millimeters.
Three Systems That Make It Efficient and Clean
Pre-screening. The vibrating grizzly feeder screens fine material out before the crusher, diverting it around the jaw to the product flow. The crusher only crushes what needs crushing-load and power drop, throughput rises. The payback is largest when the feed contains a high share of fines.
Magnet. An overband magnetic separator pulls scrap iron off the conveyor belt before discharge. Downstream cone crushers and screens are protected from the most expensive failure in a crushing line: steel through a cone.
Dust suppression. Spraying nozzles at the crushing and discharge points hold dust down-the difference between passing an environmental inspection and failing one, and the difference between a worksite crews can breathe in and one they cannot.
PLC: One Operator Runs the Whole Plant
The PLC system centralizes control of feed, crushing and conveying. Real-time monitoring shows the operator what every system is doing; fault diagnosis identifies problems fast instead of forcing a shutdown-and-hunt. Fewer operators, faster troubleshooting, lower maintenance cost. This is a plant that runs on supervision rather than manpower.
FAQ
Q: Mobile plant or fixed jaw crusher?
Mobile: project work (quarry contracting, infrastructure, construction waste), moving mine faces, tight deadlines-the tracked plant starts the same day and follows the project. Fixed: long-term production at a stable site, capacity demand above 600 t/h-fixed lines have a higher single-line ceiling and lower per-tonne cost. The question is simple: will the site move? Yes-go mobile.
Q: Manufacturer credentials and lead time?
Three production bases-not a trading company. Stock delivery 7–10 days; batch/custom production 15–30 days. Payment T/T 30% deposit, 70% before shipment. 18-month warranty, spare parts at cost long-term, online technical support.
Q: Can you supply a full line?
Yes-complete crushing, screening and conveying line proposals for mines, with on-site build guidance. The common configuration is this mobile plant for primary crushing plus a fixed secondary/tertiary line.
