The machine has two parts: baling and wrapping. Here's how it works:
Manual Feeding
The operator feeds material into the front. This corn silage baling machine handles corn stalks and grass well. It works as a straw recycling machine too. One machine, multiple jobs.
Auto Baling Trigger
The bale grows bigger. Fixed and movable chambers touch. Density hits the set level. The idler roller and signal wheel start turning. The operator pulls the winding and clutch handle. The machine starts tying back and forth.
Auto Rope Cutting
The rope cuts itself after one full round.
Wrapping Process
The bale moves to the rotating frame. The automatic silage bale wrapper system kicks in. The operator pulls out the silage wrap film. Press the rotate button. The frame spins the bale. Press the film against the bale quickly. After one full turn, let go. The silage wrap film wraps layer by layer. The round bale wrapper machine mechanism runs smooth and fast.
Auto Disconnect and Film Cutting
Film reaches the set layers. The clutch disengages. The rotating frame stops. Cut the silage wrap film between bale and film rack. Tuck the loose end into the overlap at the bale tail.
Moving the Finished Bale
One person moves the wrapped bale onto the cart. Wheel it away.
